1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We will do our best to notify you if significant delays are expected.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

  • We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS – you can specify your carriers here) and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Milk & Butterflies is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value (e.g., $50 or more, before taxes and after discounts). This will be clearly indicated on our website and at checkout if applicable.

  • Shipping Locations:

  • We ship to all 50 states within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may be longer.

3. International Shipping

  • Currently, Milk & Butterflies only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the confirmation email.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

  • Milk & Butterflies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the items pass to you, the customer.

  • Milk & Butterflies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided.

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with other members of your household and neighbors.

  2. Look around the delivery location for your package (e.g., porch, garage, side door).

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and initiate a trace or claim if necessary. We are happy to provide any information needed to assist with your claim.

7. Damaged Items in Transit

  • We take care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@milkandbutterflies.com.

  • Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Policy Changes

Milk & Butterflies reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our Site. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Shipping Policy.
